Steve Ellingford is the Operations Manager for Bayfair Shopping Centre. This iconic large centre boasts over 95 retail stores employing over 1000 people and attracting more than 5 million visitors per year. Steve has responsibility, as part of his role, for Bayfair's Sustainable focus.

Target Audience

Western Bay @ Work takes an ‘any age / any stage’ approach, aiming to inspire and excite participants about possible career options wherever they are in their career.  Events will be targeted at people wishing to re-train or up-skill, secondary school students and school leavers, migrants, the disabled and those who would like to return to the workforce.
